The semi-submersible type circulating three-dimensional garage comprises a supporting frame, a rotary round frame, a plurality of hanging boxes and a rotary control unit; the rotary round frame is rotatably connected with the supporting frame, the tops of the multiple hanging boxes are rotatably arranged on the rotary round frame, and the rotary control unit is used for controlling the rotary round frame to rotate; the bottom of the rotary round frame is arranged to be lower than the ground plane, and the top of the rotary round frame is arranged to be higher than the ground plane; the rotary round frame forms an arch-shaped channel capable of passing through on the ground plane and is used for driving the hanging boxes to circularly rotate in the circumferential direction of the rotary round frame, so that automobiles are driven into or out of all the hanging boxes from the two ends where the hanging boxes and the ground plane intersect; one part of the garage is arranged below the ground plane, and the other part of the garage is arranged above the ground plane, so that the underground space and the air space are effectively utilized; and the land area actually occupied by the garage is only the two ends where the hanging boxes and the ground plane intersect, the arch-shaped channel formed by the rotary round frame and the ground plane can be used as a normal road for driving, and meanwhile the wind resistance of the garage can be improved through the arch-shaped channel.
