The invention discloses a railway station building structure suitable for a cross railway station yard. The railway station building structure comprises two cross railway station yards (1) which are overlapped up and down, wherein a line side lower waiting area (2) is arranged below one side of the railway station yard (1) positioned on the upper layer; a line side upper waiting area (3) is arranged above one side of the railway station yard (1) positioned on the lower layer; and a hall area (4) is arranged between the line side lower waiting area (2) and the line side upper waiting area (3). The railway station building structure can effectively overcome the defects that the conventional cross station yard is far in station building streamline, is inconvenient to transfer and cannot serve the two station yards in a balanced mode, and can fully utilize the field and the height difference, avoid large and improper space waste, improve the space utilization rate and reduce the land use area.
