Fabricated wall
The invention discloses a fabricated enclosing wall. The fabricated enclosing wall comprises a prefabricated stand column and a prefabricated wallboard, wherein at least one side face of the prefabricated stand column is provided with a wallboard connecting groove; the end part of the prefabricated wallboard is embedded into the wallboard connecting groove, and a first gap is formed between the end part and the groove bottom of the wallboard connecting groove; a plurality of connecting holes are formed in the end part and extend from the interior of the wallboard connecting groove to the exterior of the wallboard connecting groove; and the plurality of connecting holes communicate with the first gap to form a grouting channel. According to the fabricated wall, the first gap is mainly formed between the prefabricated stand column and the prefabricated wallboard, and the grouting channel of the T-shaped structure is formed at the multiple connecting holes, so that the prefabricated stand column and the prefabricated wallboard can be stably connected through a grouting material in the grouting channel, the engaged connection between the interior of the prefabricated stand column and the interior of the prefabricated wallboard is achieved by pouring the grouting material in the T-shaped structure, and the stability of the connection between the prefabricated stand column and the prefabricated wallboard can be further improved.
本发明公开了一种装配式围墙,包括:预制立柱,预制立柱的至少一个侧面设置有墙板连接槽;预制墙板,端部嵌入墙板连接槽内,且端部与墙板连接槽的槽底之间具有第一间隙;端部内设置有若干连接孔,且连接孔自墙板连接槽内向墙板连接槽外延伸;若干连接孔均与第一间隙连通,形成灌浆通道。该发明中的装配式墙体,通过预制立柱和预制墙板之间形成以第一间隙为主,并在若干个连接孔处形成T型结构的灌浆通道,使预制立柱和预制墙板之间可以通过灌浆通道内的灌浆料稳固连接,且通过灌注如T型结构内的灌浆料实现预制立柱内部和预制墙板内部的咬合连接,能够进一步提高预制立柱和预制墙板之间的连接的稳固性。
