The invention discloses a mounting structure of a lifting window shade. The mounting structure comprises a window frame and the lifting window shade, wherein the window frame comprises a top mounting frame and a side mounting frame which are connected through a top corner brace; a dimming wheel seat is clamped in a wheel seat mounting hole of the top mounting frame, a first guide mechanism is arranged on the dimming wheel seat, a second guide mechanism is arranged in the top corner brace, a lifting driving slider is slidably arranged in a side assembly cavity, and a lifting traction rope extends out of the top of the lifting window shade, winds around the first guide mechanism and the second guide mechanism sequentially and is connected with the lifting driving slider; and a fixed hanging piece is arranged at the bottom end of the side assembly cavity, and the lifting driving slider can be hung with the fixed hanging piece. The invention further provides a mounting method of the lifting window shade. The structure is not prone to deformation, convenient to assemble and smooth in operation.
