The invention provides a stretcher precise foundation bolt and an installation method thereof. The installation method comprises the steps that step1, the precise foundation bolt is prepared, the precise foundation bolt comprises a stud with an inner threaded hole, and a double-thread lead screw is arranged in the inner threaded hole of the stud; step2, after foundation pouring and foundation surface epoxy construction are completed, the position where the foundation bolt is located is accurately drilled according to the drawing requirements; step3, a positioning device is prepared; step4, installation is performed; and step5, epoxy resin grouting materials are adopted for grouting. By means of the foundation bolt and the construction method thereof provided by the invention, high-precision installation of the foundation bolt of stretcher equipment can be ensured, and meanwhile, the situation that grouting cannot be performed due to the fact that an equipment body directly covers a bolt hole after installation due to the structure of the equipment body further can be avoided.
本发明是一种拉伸机的精密地脚螺栓及其安装方法，包括制备精密地脚螺栓，所述精密地脚螺栓包括带有内螺纹孔的螺柱，在螺柱的内螺纹孔中设有双螺纹丝杆；步骤2、在基础浇筑及基础表面环氧施工完成后按照图纸要求对地脚螺栓所在位置进行精确钻孔；步骤3、制备定位装置；步骤4、安装；步骤5、采用环氧树脂灌浆料进行灌浆。本发明所提出的地脚螺栓及其施工方法，能够确保拉伸机设备地脚螺栓的高精度安装，同时，本方法还能够避免由于设备本体构造原因安装后设备本体直接盖住螺栓孔，造成无法灌浆的情况。
