The invention relates to the field of green buildings, and particularly discloses a roof system specially used for installing photovoltaic panels. The roof system comprises a roof seat body arranged at the top of a fabricated building, a plurality of photovoltaic panels, a first cold water storage tank, a hot water storage tank and a water pump, the roof seat body comprises a first vertical roof, a first inclined roof, a second vertical roof and two side roofs, the first vertical roof is integrally formed at the lower end of the first inclined roof, the second vertical roof is integrally formed at the upper end of the first inclined roof, and the side roofs are arranged on the two sides of the first inclined roof; the photovoltaic panels are arranged on the first inclined roof; and a plurality of heat exchange water pipes are arranged at the bottom of the first inclined roof, the two ends of each heat exchange water pipe communicate with the first cold water storage tank and the hot water storage tank correspondingly, and the water pump is arranged between the first cold water storage tank and the hot water storage tank. The invention aims to solve the technical problem of how to install the photovoltaic panels on a temporary building.
