Airtight net clamping cloth for flame-retardant inflatable tent, and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of net clamping cloth, and especially relates to an airtight net clamping cloth for a flame-retardant inflatable tent, and a preparation method thereof. The airtight net clamping cloth comprises a polyester fiber cloth layer, an elastic cold-resistant double-sided HEPA rubber composite polyester cloth layer, a PVC adhesive film layer and a flame-retardant fireproof glass fiber gridding cloth layer which are sequentially connected from bottom to top; the polyester fiber cloth with high strength, low shrinkage and better air tightness and the elastic cold-resistant double-sided HEPA rubber composite polyester cloth are used as the bottom layer of the net clamping cloth, so that the air tightness of the net clamping cloth can be effectively improved, and the condition of air leakage during application is avoided; and a high-temperature-resistant silicon dioxide additive and a flame retardant are added into the raw material components of the PVC adhesive film, and the flame-retardant fireproof glass fiber gridding cloth is combined, so that the flame-retardant fireproof glass fiber gridding cloth has obvious flame-retardant fireproof performance, the PVC adhesive film has high-temperature-resistant performance, secondary ignition at high temperature can be prevented, while the flame retardant property of the net clamping cloth is greatly improved, more reaction time can be provided for a user, and the safety coefficient is improved.
本发明涉及夹网布技术领域,尤其是阻燃充气帐篷用气密性夹网布及其制备方法,包括从下而上依次连接的聚酯纤维布层、弹性耐寒双面海帕龙橡胶复合涤纶布层、PVC胶膜层和阻燃防火玻璃纤维网格布层;本发明通过采用高强度低收缩气密性较佳的聚酯纤维布和弹性耐寒双面海帕龙橡胶复合涤纶布作为夹网布的底层,能够有效提高夹网布的气密性,避免应用时出现漏气的情况;通过在PVC胶膜的原料组分中添加耐高温二氧化硅助剂和阻燃剂,而且,结合阻燃防火玻璃纤维网格布,阻燃防火玻璃纤维网格布具有明显的阻燃防火性能,以及PVC胶膜具备耐高温的性能,能够防止高温下再次起燃,夹网布的阻燃性能大大提升的同时,能够给予用户更多的反应时间,提高安全系数。
