The invention relates to high-corrosion-resistance Portland cement and a production method thereof. The high-corrosion-resistance Portland cement is prepared from, by weight, 93-97% of high-corrosion-resistance Portland clinker and 3-7% of natural gypsum. The high-corrosion-resistance silicate clinker is prepared from, by weight, 78-82% of limestone, 11-15% of high-silicon sandstone and 6-8% of pyrite. The method comprises the steps of raw material preparation, slurry dehydration, material cake drying and crushing, clinker sintering and conveying, and cement grinding. The 3-day compressive strength and the 28-day compressive strength of the high-corrosion-resistance Portland cement produced by the invention are both higher than the highest strength grade requirement in the national standard GB/T 31289-2014 Portland cement for maritime work, and the high-corrosion-resistance Portland cement has very good compressive property; and the chloride ion diffusion coefficient is less than 0.5 * 10<-12> m<2>/s, the 28-day seawater erosion resistance coefficient K28 is more than 1.0, and the product has characteristics of good seawater erosion resistance and good seawater erosion resistance, and is suitable for various harsh marine conditions.
