The invention provides stone-like light-transmitting nano cement and a preparation method thereof. The preparation comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1to 2 parts of dry powder resin; 5 to 15 parts of redispersible latex powder; 1.5 to 2 parts of silica powder; 4 to 6 parts of transparent sand powder; 0.1 part to 0.2 part of a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent; 0.1 to 0.2 part of a defoaming agent; 30 to 40 parts of cement; and 70-85 parts of transparent mineral particles. The stone-like light-transmitting nano cement has the advantages of low cost, good weather resistance, good light transmission and customizable color and texture, can be manufactured on site, is not limited by channel space of transportation conditions, and has no abutted seam; the advantage of high plasticity is also realized.
本发明提供了一种仿石材透光纳米水泥及制备方法。其制备包括下述重量份的原料:干粉树脂1份‑2份;可再分散乳胶粉5份‑15份;硅微粉1.5份‑2份;透明砂物粉末4份‑6份;聚羧酸减水剂0.1份‑0.2份;消泡剂0.1份‑0.2份;水泥30份‑40份;透明矿物颗粒70份‑85份。本发明的仿石材透光纳米水泥具有成本低、耐候性好、透光性良好、色彩和肌理可以定制的优点、并且可在现场制作,不受运输条件的通道空间的限制,无拼缝;还具有可塑性强的优点。
The invention provides stone-like light-transmitting nano cement and a preparation method thereof.
