The invention discloses a method for preparing cordierite-mullite composite ceramic by using a saggar having been used for synthesizing a ternary lithium positive electrode material, belonging to the field of high-value utilization of solid waste. The cordierite-mullite composite ceramic is prepared by taking the saggar having been used for synthesizing the ternary lithium positive electrode material and lithium chinastone or talc as main raw materials through the processes of crushing, mixing, ball milling, drying, dry pressing, high-temperature sintering and the like. The method solves the social and environmental problems that after the waste of the saggar having been used for the ternary lithium positive electrode material is difficult to treat, low in use efficiency and incapable of realizing high-added-value components, and the economic problem that the preparation cost of the cordierite-mullite composite ceramic is high, and a new way is developed for high-value material utilization of solid waste.
本发明公开了一种利用合成三元锂正极材料用后匣钵制备堇青石‑莫来石复相陶瓷的方法,属于固体废弃物高值化利用领域。本发明以合成三元锂正极材料用后匣钵与锂瓷石或滑石为主要原料,经破碎、混料、球磨、干燥、干压成型、高温烧结等工艺,制备得到堇青石‑莫来石复相陶瓷。本发明解决了合成三元锂正极材料用后匣钵废料难处理、使用效率低和高附加值组分未有效利用的社会、环境问题,同时以利于缓解堇青石‑莫来石复相陶瓷制备成本高的经济问题,为固体废弃物高值材料化利用开辟了新的途径。
