The invention relates to a high-strength graphite electrode contact preparation process which comprises the following steps: S1, preheating: preheating needle coke aggregate in a pot I, and adding coal-based needle coke powder and an additive into a pot II for preheating and dry mixing; S2, primary mixing and kneading: feeding the needle coke aggregate preheated in the S1 into a pot III, adding a binder into the pot III, mixing, kneading and stirring to enable primary paste to be uniform; S3, secondary mixing and kneading: discharging the coal-based needle coke powder preheated in the S1 into a pot III for mixing and kneading, and adding the binder again for mixing and kneading to obtain a secondary paste material of the graphite electrode contact; S4, performing extrusion molding on the secondary paste material to form a graphite electrode contact green body, performing dipping roasting, and performing graphitization high-temperature treatment to obtain a final graphite product; according to the graphite electrode contact preparation device and process provided by the invention, domestic needle coke is used for producing the graphite electrode contact, so that the production cost is reduced, and the breaking strength of the graphite electrode contact is improved by 10-30%.
本发明涉及高强度石墨电极接头制备工艺,包括如下步骤:S1、预热:将针状焦骨料在Ⅰ号锅内预热,同时在Ⅱ号锅内加入煤系针状焦粉料和添加剂预热干混;S2、初次混捏:将S1预热好的针状焦骨料下料到Ⅲ号锅内,向Ⅲ号锅内加入粘结剂混捏搅拌,使初次糊料均匀;S3、二次混捏:将S1预热好的煤系针状焦粉料下料到Ⅲ号锅内进行混捏,再次加入粘结剂混捏得到石墨电极接头二次糊料;S4、将二次糊料挤压成型为石墨电极接头生坯,并进行浸渍焙烧,再经石墨化高温处理后即得到最终石墨制品;本发明提供的石墨电极接头制备装置及工艺,使用国产针状焦生产石墨电极接头,降低生产成本,石墨电极接头抗折强度提升10%~30%。
