The invention particularly relates to a preparation method of a high-bonding-strength coating carbon/ceramic brake disc. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing a carbon fiber preform; 2, preparing a carbon/carbon composite material; 3, preparing coating slurry; 4, conducting coating to form a coating layer; and 5, carrying out infiltration treatment on a reaction melt. Compared with a traditional carbon-ceramic brake material, the newly-designed fiber preform avoids thermal expansion coefficient difference caused by obvious directivity of surface fibers and weakening of the thermal mismatch phenomenon of a coating and a base material, the interface bonding strength of the coating and the base material is improved, the oxidation resistance of a friction surface material is also improved through surface coating treatment, and meanwhile, the phase uniformity of the friction surface is improved, so that the braking stability and the wear resistance of the material are also enhanced.
本发明具体涉及一种高结合强度涂层碳/陶刹车盘的制备方法。包括以下步骤:步骤一,碳纤维预制体的制备;步骤二,碳/碳复合材料的制备;步骤三,涂层浆料配置;步骤四,涂层涂覆;步骤五,反应熔体浸渗处理。与传统碳陶刹车材料相比,新设计的纤维预制体规避了由于表面纤维方向性明显所造成的热膨胀系数差异,涂层与基体材料的热失配现象减弱,提高了涂层与基体材料的界面结合强度,表面涂层处理也提高了摩擦面材料的抗氧化能力,同时摩擦面物相均匀性的提高也增强了制动的平稳性和材料的抗磨损能力。
