Cooling control method and circulating cooling system for mass concrete structure in water body
The invention provides a cooling control method and circulating cooling system for a mass concrete structure in a water body, and relates to the technical field of mass concrete construction. The cooling control method comprises the steps that when concrete is poured, a pre-embedded cooling water pipe is covered by the concrete, water in the water body and stored water in a cofferdam area are respectively and successively pumped as circulating cooling water for circulating water supply of the cooling water pipe; when it is monitored that the internal temperature of the concrete reaches a preset first temperature threshold value, the water in the water body is extracted again to serve as the circulating cooling water; meanwhile, the water flow velocity is regulated and controlled according to the temperature, obtained in real time, of each temperature measuring point till the concrete enters a stable period. According to the technical scheme, natural water resources around mass concrete construction of a water conservancy project are used for achieving allocation of the cooling water, the utilization rate of the water resources is increased, meanwhile, investment of water supply equipment is reduced, the quality and efficiency of engineering construction are ensured, and therefore the civilized construction requirements of energy conservation and environment protection are met.
