Prefabricated pump station glass fiber reinforced plastic cylinder
The invention relates to a prefabricated pump station glass fiber reinforced plastic cylinder. The cylinder comprises a cylinder body, a cylinder top, a cylinder bottom, a water inlet and a water outlet; different parts of the cylinder body from top to bottom are called a cylinder body upper part, a transition section and a cylinder body lower part; a lifting hole and an exhaust hole are formed in the cylinder top; a supporting beam, a grouting hole and a bolt hole are formed in the cylinder bottom; the cylinder body is formed by continuous winding; the diameter of the cylinder body lower part is larger than that of the cylinder body upper part; the middle transition part of the cylinder body is called the transition section; the water inlet is formed in the transition section of the cylinder body or the cylinder body upper part; the water outlet is formed in the cylinder body upper part; and the cylinder top is pasted at the top end of the cylinder body upper part. The cylinder top is provided with the lifting hole and the exhaust hole; according to the structure, the diameter of the cylinder body lower part below the water inlet is larger than that of the cylinder body upper part above the water inlet; under the condition of the same effective volume, the cylinder height can be reduced, the work amount and difficulty for excavating a pump pit are reduced; and the cylinder body lower part and the cylinder body upper part are gradually transited, so that the cylinder body can be formed by continuous winding of glass fiber reinforced plastics.
本发明涉及一种预制泵站玻璃钢筒体,包含筒身,筒顶,筒底,进水口,出水口,筒身自上而下的不同部位分别称为筒身上部,过渡段,筒身下部,筒顶上设置有提升孔和排气孔,筒底设置有支撑梁,灌浆孔,螺栓孔,筒身为连续缠绕成型,筒身下部的直径比筒身上部的直径大,筒身中间过渡部分称过渡段,进水口在筒身的过渡段上或设置在筒身上部上,出水口设置在筒身上部上,筒顶糊制在筒身上部的顶端,筒顶上开有提升孔和排气孔,该结构进水口以下的下部筒身比进水口以上的上部筒身直径大,在相同有效容积情况下,可降低筒高、减小开挖泵坑的工程量和难度,且筒身下部和筒身上部之间逐渐过渡,有利于采用玻璃钢连续缠绕成型。
