Assembly method of low-damage self-resetting shear wall structure
The invention discloses an assembly method of a low-damage self-resetting shear wall structure. The assembly method comprises the following steps that a self-resetting shear wall plate, a gravity column, a frame beam and each joint component are prefabricated, and are transported to a construction site; a foundation is poured on the construction site, a connecting and anchoring position is reserved on the foundation, and a column bottom restraining groove is made; the gravity column is hoisted, and the gravity column is anchored and connected to the column bottom constraint groove of the foundation through prestressed tendons; a temporary support is installed, the frame beam is hoisted, the end of the frame beam is spliced with a positioning groove reserved in the gravity column, the gravity column and the frame beam are connected in an anchoring mode through a hinge type force transmission connecting piece, a U-shaped soft steel damper is installed between a bracket of the gravity column and the end of the frame beam, and the end portion of the frame beam and the gravity column abut against each other; the isolation type wall beam joint is fixed to the reserved groove position of the frame beam and connected, and the isolation type wall beam joint and the foundation are anchored by tensioning prestressed steel bars; and the temporary support is removed, and assembling is completed.
本发明公开一种低损伤自复位剪力墙结构的装配方法,包括以下步骤:预制自复位剪力墙板、重力柱、框架梁、以及各个节点构件,并运送至施工现场;在施工现场浇筑好基础,并在所述基础上预留出连接锚固位置并做好柱底约束槽;吊装所述重力柱并通过预应力筋锚固连接于所述基础的柱底约束槽;安装临时支架,吊装所述框架梁并将所述框架梁的端部与所述重力柱所预留的定位凹槽拼接,通过合页型传力连接件锚固连接所述重力柱和所述框架梁,在所述重力柱的牛腿与框架梁的端部之间安装U型软钢阻尼器,将框架梁的端部和所述重力柱相互顶紧;将隔离式墙梁节点固定在框架梁预留凹槽位置并进行连接,通过张拉预应力钢筋与基础锚固;撤去临时支架,完成装配。
