The invention discloses a reverse construction tool for a post-settlement pouring belt. The reverse construction tool comprises two supporting assemblies and a tamping device; the two supporting assemblies are vertically arranged under the tamping device; the tamping device comprises two supporting plates, an expansion assembly, damping assemblies and a vibration assembly; the expansion assembly is horizontally arranged on the top faces of the supporting plates; and the multiple damping assemblies are vertically arranged between the expansion assembly and the supporting plates. The vibration assembly is horizontally assembled on the expansion assembly. According to the reverse construction tool, pouring stability and effectiveness can be achieved during construction of the post-settlement pouring belt, and pouring stability is guaranteed; and meanwhile, the labor intensity is relieved, the construction efficiency is improved, and surface smoothness is guaranteed.
