The swimming pool heat preservation and fog prevention device comprises a support, a winding rod and a heat preservation film; the two ends of the winding rod are installed on the support through supporting arms; the winding rod is rotationally connected with the supporting arms; the winding rod is driven by a driving device to rotate around the axis of the winding rod; the heat preservation film is wound around the winding rod; one end of the heat preservation film is fixedly connected with the winding rod through a fixing rope; and one side of the other end of the heat preservation film is connected with a pull rope. According to the swimming pool heat preservation and fog prevention device, heat preservation can be effectively conducted on water in the swimming pool, water mist is prevented from diffusing, heat loss is reduced, and meanwhile impurities can be prevented from falling into water. The swimming pool heat preservation and fog prevention device further has the advantages of being convenient to operate and maintain. The heat preservation film can be laid in an assisted mode in the water adding process of the swimming pool.
