The invention relates to an assembled door pocket which comprises an inner door pocket line, an outer door pocket line and a mounting plate, wherein facing layers are bonded to the front face of the inner door pocket line and the front face of the outer door pocket line, the inner door pocket line comprises an inner decoration base plate, an inner door frame base plate and a limiting base plate, and a sealing rubber strip is mounted on the side, facing the inner decoration base plate, of the limiting base plate; a socket slot is formed between the inner door frame base plate and the limiting base plate; the outer door pocket line comprises an outer decoration base plate and an outer door frame base plate, and the outer door frame base plate is assembled in the socket slot in an interference mode; and two hook plates are arranged on the front face of the mounting plate, hook grooves are formed in the back face of the inner door frame base plate, and the hook plates are clamped with the hook grooves. The invention has the beneficial effects of improving the production efficiency, reducing the production cost and shortening the production period; by adopting a mechanical mounting mode, the mounting structure is stable and firm, polystyrene foam is avoided, and therefore, release of environmental pollution gas is reduced; and a door leaf hinge is prevented from being separated from the door pocket line.
本发明涉及一种装配式门套,装配式门套包括内门套线、外门套线、安装板,内门套线的正面和外门套线的正面均粘接有饰面层:内门套线包括内装饰基板、内门框基板和限位基板,限位基板朝向内装饰基板的一侧安装有密封胶条,内门框基板与限位基板之间形成承插槽;外门套线包括外装饰基板和外门框基板,外门框基板过盈装配在承插槽中;安装板的正面设有两个钩板,所述内门框基板的背面设有钩槽,钩板与钩槽相卡合。有益效果是:提高生产效率、降低生产成本、缩短生产周期;采用机械的安装方式,不仅安装结构稳定、牢固,而且避免使用发泡胶,从而减少环境污染性气体的释放;避免门扇合页与门套线分离。
