The invention discloses a method for preparing concrete aggregate from titanium-containing blast furnace slag, the method comprises the following steps: feeding the titanium-containing blast furnace slag into a slag pool, naturally cooling, spraying water and cooling to obtain heavy slag, and crushing, screening and magnetically separating the heavy slag to obtain the concrete aggregate. By controlling the flow rate of the blast furnace slag entering the slag pool and designing the appropriate slag layer thickness and cooling mode, the crystallization condition of the blast furnace slag in the cooling process is improved, and the formation of a glass phase is reduced, so that the strength of the obtained heavy slag is stable, and the heavy slag can be effectively used as concrete aggregate; by designing a cooling mode of slowly cooling at first and then rapidly cooling, the problems that the crushing difficulty and cost are increased due to overhigh strength of the heavy slag and the strength cannot reach the concrete aggregate standard due to overlow strength are solved.
