The invention discloses a preparation method of cement clinker by using waste residue titanium gypsum, which comprises the following steps: S1: (material preparation) firstly removing impurities from raw materials including titanium gypsum waste residue, and then crushing the raw materials in a crusher to prepare particles; S2: (raw material preparation) weighing various raw materials according to the proportion, and mixing the raw materials together to prepare a raw material; S3, (primary processing of the raw material) preparing the raw material into fine powder by using a spray drying tower; S4, (raw material reprocessing) making the collected fine powder into balls with uniform sizes by using a ball making machine; and S5, (clinker preparation) adding the raw material spheres into a calcining furnace to prepare the cement clinker. The cement clinker prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has good performance and meets the final use requirements, and in the preparation method disclosed by the invention, various waste residues mainly comprising titanium gypsum are greatly applied, so that the production cost is reduced, and industrial wastes are effectively cleaned.
