The invention discloses a concrete compaction reinforcing agent which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10-20 parts of silica fume, 30-40 parts of fly ash microspheres, 10-15 parts of a polymer film-forming agent, 7-12 parts of a complexing agent, 10-20 parts of calcium carbonate, 1-5 parts of a water reducing agent, 5-12 parts of an expanding agent, 5-10 parts of sodium methylsilanolate and 1-3 parts of a defoaming agent, wherein the expanding agent is a mixture of a magnesium oxide series expanding agent and a sulfate series expanding agent; and the polymer film-forming agent is at least one of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, a vinyl acetate-vinyl versatate copolymer and an acrylic acid copolymer. The surface and the overall structure of the concrete are more compact, and the strength, the anti-cracking and anti-seepage performance and the durability of the concrete are remarkably improved.
