Production and application method for producing plastering mortar by using industrial byproduct gypsum
The invention relates to the field of building materials, in particular to a method for producing plastering mortar by using industrial byproduct gypsum and a construction application method using the product. The method for producing plastering mortar by using industrial byproduct gypsum comprises the following steps: adding 40-80 parts of industrial byproduct gypsum into a stirrer, sequentially adding 0.1-1 part of composite water-retaining agent, 0.05-0.3 part of retarder and other materials in the stirring process, uniformly stirring for 5-10 minutes, and then adding 10-20 parts of support aggregate into the uniformly stirred material to prepare bottom mortar; and adding 30-90 parts of industrial byproduct gypsum, 0.1-1 part of a composite water-retaining agent and other materials into the stirrer, stirring for 3-5 minutes, adding 10-90 parts of reinforcing construction auxiliary materials into the stirrer, weighing, and packaging to obtain the surface mortar. By means of the method, the industrial byproduct gypsum can be turned into wealth, meanwhile, on the premise that the project quality is guaranteed, the puttying procedure during indoor building construction can be omitted, and manpower and material resources are saved.
