The invention provides a metallurgical fluxing agent for serpentinite mine serpentinite type stripped waste rock and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps of: performing hand sorting, attribute crushing and screening on a serpentinite mine serpentinite type stripped waste rock raw material to obtain a rough serpentinite fragment; and scrubbing, washing and removing dust to obtain a refined serpentinite fragment serving as the metallurgical fluxing agent, wherein the particle size of the refined serpentinite fragment is 5 to 80mm, and the refined serpentinite fragment comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: more than or equal to 35 percent of MgO, more than or equal to 35 percent of SiO2, less than or equal to 1.5 percent of Al2O3 and less than or equal to 0.15 percent of S. By the method, the current situation that the serpentinite mine stripped waste rock is mainly piled up at present can be changed, and the types and supply sources of the metallurgical fluxing agent are expanded; the prepared refined serpentinite fragment metallurgical fluxing agent has the performance of the conventional fluxing agent and also has the advantages of small adding amount, high magnesium content, few harmful ingredients, low environmental pollution and the like; and a prepared building plastering material is safe and environment-friendly and has high fire resistance.
本发明提供了一种温石棉矿山蛇纹岩型剥离废石的冶金助熔剂及其制备方法,所述方法包括:将温石棉矿山蛇纹岩型剥离废石原料进行手选、属性破碎和筛分,获得粗制蛇纹岩碎块;擦洗、水洗除尘,获得精制蛇纹岩碎块,作为冶金助熔剂,其粒度在5~80mm,化学组分为MgO≥35%,SiO2≥35%,Al2O3≤1.5%,S≤0.15%。本发明不仅能够改变温石棉矿山剥离废石目前以堆存为主的现状,拓展冶金用助溶剂种类和供应来源;所制得的精制蛇纹岩碎块冶金助熔剂,除具有传统助熔剂的性能外,还具有添加量少、镁含量高、有害成分少、环境污染小等优点;而且所制备的建筑抹灰材料安全环保,耐火性能好。
