The invention relates to the technical field of river channel seepage prevention, in particular to a river channel pier seepage prevention structure which comprises a bottom seepage prevention mechanism, a side face seepage prevention mechanism and a plurality of connecting mechanisms, the bottom seepage prevention mechanism is arranged at the bottom of a river channel, and the bottom seepage prevention mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the outer side wall of a pier; the side face seepage prevention mechanism is fixedly connected to the outer side wall of the pier and connected to the upper end of the bottom seepage prevention mechanism, and the multiple connecting mechanisms are arranged between the upper surface of the bottom seepage prevention mechanism and the lower end of the side face seepage prevention mechanism and evenly distributed in a circular shape.
