The invention relates to the technical field of anti-collision walls, and discloses afabricated anti-collision wall which comprises a bridge plate and an anti-collision wall body; when the anti-collision wall body is hoisted to the position where a supporting piece is inserted into a groove part, the supporting piece plays a role in supporting and positioning, and a support does not need to be erected to conduct auxiliary supporting and fixing on the anti-collision wall body, so that installation and pouring are convenient, the anti-collision wall is not prone to tilting, and the process is simple; and secondly, the anti-collision wall body is arranged at the top of the supporting piece, namely, the anti-collision wall body is arranged above the ground, and the corners of the anti-collision wall body cannot collide with the bridge plate or other devices arranged on the bridge floor before pouring, so that the anti-collision wall body is prevented from being collided and damaged. The invention further discloses a welding device and a construction method of the fabricated anti-collision wall.
