The invention discloses a building creeping formwork mechanism which climbs along an inclined plane of an abutment. The building creeping formwork mechanism comprises a first traveling arm, wherein the first traveling arm is movably mounted on a first inclined surface of the abutment; a second traveling arm which is disposed relative to the first traveling arm, wherein the second traveling arm is movably mounted on the second inclined surface of the abutment, a forming area of the abutment is formed between the second traveling arm and the first traveling arm, and the forming area of the abutment is located above the abutment; and a driving mechanism which is connected with the first traveling arm and the second traveling arm and drives the first traveling arm and the second traveling arm to move upwards along the abutment respectively.
