The invention provides a water gate garbage interception anti-blocking device for a water conservancy project and a using method. The device comprises a water gate body, an interception net, a rotating arm and two cleaning mechanisms. An intercepting net is arranged on the front side of the sluice body; one end of the rotating arm is rotatably connected with the intercepting net; the two cleaning mechanisms are arranged on the two sides of the water gate body. Each cleaning mechanism comprises a supporting frame, a driving rotating shaft, a water wheel vehicle body and a collecting tank; the driving rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the support frame; a plurality of cleaning grooves are uniformly formed in the outer edge of the water wheel vehicle body, and a plurality of water leakage holes are uniformly formed in each cleaning groove; the collecting groove abuts against the tangent plane of the water wheel body. According to the device, the intercepting net can be cleaned through the rotating arms, and water flow and garbage in the water flow can be promoted to be stirred to the two sides; and then the garbage in the water flow enters the cleaning tank and is transferred into the collecting tank by utilizing the rotation of the water wheel body and matching with the flowing effect of the water flow, so that the continuous cleaning and transferring of the garbage in the water flow are realized.
本发明提供一种水利工程用水闸垃圾拦截防阻塞装置及使用方法，该装置包括水闸体、拦截网、转动臂、2个清理机构；水闸体前侧设置有拦截网；转动臂的一端与拦截网可转动连接；2个清理机构配置于水闸体的两侧；每个清理机构均包括支撑架、主动转轴、水轮车体、收集槽；主动转轴与支撑架可转动连接；水轮车体的外缘上均匀布设有多个清理槽，每个清理槽内均布设有多个漏水孔；收集槽与水轮车体的切面抵接。该装置利用转动臂不仅能够实现对拦截网的清理，还能促进水流以及水流中的垃圾向两侧拨动；然后利用水轮车体的旋转，配合水流流动作用，使水流中的垃圾进入清理槽内，并转移至收集槽中，实现对水流中垃圾的连续清理与转移。
