The invention relates to an assembly type special-shaped column and beam connecting joint structure and a shear wall building structure, which comprise a prefabricated special-shaped column, a prefabricated beam and a shear wall, and the shear wall and the prefabricated beam are connected into a whole through shear reinforcements; the precast beam comprises longitudinal steel bars, stirrups and a pre-pouring material; the end, connected with the prefabricated special-shaped column, of the prefabricated beam is provided with a steel beam conversion connector. The longitudinal steel bars are fixedly connected with the steel beam conversion connector through end socket steel plates. Embedded parts are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the prefabricated beams, of the prefabricated special-shaped columns, and the embedded parts are fixedly connected with the steel beam conversion connectors. According to the beam-column connecting joint, the end of the prefabricated beam adopts the steel beam adapter and dry connection, construction is simple, and the anti-seismic property is excellent; the end socket steel plate has double functions of stress and a template, and is good in economical efficiency; the anti-shear wall bears most horizontal load, and reinforcing bars of the special-shaped column frame are greatly reduced; the steel beams are adopted at the energy dissipation ends of the precast beams, the energy dissipation and ductility performance is good, and the anti-seismic performance is excellent.
