The invention discloses an exposed frame curtain wall facilitating installation and replacement of advertising cloth. The exposed frame curtain wall comprises stand columns and cross beams, and the stand columns and cross beams form sashes. Panels are arranged on the sashes. A common pressing plate is arranged at a gap between the horizontal and upper and lower adjacent panels, and is buckled with a common buckling cover. The common pressing plates and the common buckling covers corresponding to the edges of the pre-installed advertising cloth are replaced by special pressing plates and special buckling covers. The special pressing plates comprise bottom plates, and installing plates and abutting plates are arranged on the two sides of the bottom plates. Assembling grooves are formed in the connecting portions of the installing plates and the bottom plates, pin shafts are installed in the assembling grooves through retaining ring parts, heads and spring piece embedding grooves are formed in the tail ends of the installing plates, and baffles are arranged at the tails end of the abutting plates.
