The invention provides a house building assembled roof cantilever beam structure which comprises a house building frame mechanism, wherein an adjusting type cantilever beam mechanism is arranged at the top of the house building frame mechanism; a waterproof water diversion mechanism is arranged at the top of the adjusting type cantilever beam mechanism; the house building frame mechanism comprises a top column and a cross beam support frame; a plurality of first reinforcing type bearing steel plates are arranged at the top of the cross beam support frame; the interiors of the first reinforcing type bearing steel plates are all hollow; and hydraulic type bearing rods are fixedly installed in the first reinforcing type bearing steel plates. Through the arrangement of a waterproof supporting top cover, rainwater passes through a vertical drainage pipe and a transverse drainage pipe from an arc-shaped drainage groove, so that the two sides of the waterproof supporting top cover are stressed and pulled downwards, a first reinforced bearing steel plate and a second reinforced bearing steel plate are shrunk upwards, and the waterproof supporting top cover is more inclined; and rainwater can flow out more conveniently.
