The invention discloses a lamp groove structure and a suspended ceiling, relates to the field of building interior decoration and aims at providing the lamp groove structure which is simple in structure and convenient to install. The lamp groove structure is installed close to a top structure and comprises a plurality of first panels, a second panel and lamp groove connecting assemblies. The second panel is connected with the plurality of first panels to define a lamp groove, and an opening of the lamp groove is opposite to the second panel. The plurality of first panels are connected with the top structure through the plurality of lamp groove connecting assemblies, and the opening of the lamp groove is away from the top structure. The lamp groove structure is used for installation of the indoor lamp groove structure.
