The invention discloses a shed frame anti-falling system and a construction method thereof. The construction method of the shed frame anti-falling system comprises the following steps of assembling the shed frame anti-falling system: assembling and connecting the first end of a hanging rope to a first hanging arm; hoisting the assembled first hanging arm to a first designated position, and installing the first hanging arm on a first supporting platform and a second supporting platform; connecting the hanging rope with a second hanging arm which is not hoisted and installed; hoisting the assembled second hanging arm to a second designated position, and installing the second hanging arm on the first supporting platform and the second supporting platform; and adjusting the tightness of the hanging rope between the first hanging arm and the second hanging arm through a tightness adjusting piece after an anti-falling device is installed on the hanging rope. According to the shed frame anti-falling system, the construction efficiency can be improved, and the use safety performance of the system can be guaranteed.
