The modular integrated box-type house frame structure is provided with a ground assembly, a roof assembly, a lower corner column assembly and an upper corner column assembly; the ground assembly comprises ground transverse main beams and ground longitudinal main beams; the end parts of the two ground transverse main beams are connected with the end parts of the two ground longitudinal main beams through ground adapter blocks; the roof assembly comprises roof transverse main beams and roof longitudinal main beams; the end parts of the two roof transverse main beams are connected with the end parts of the two roof longitudinal main beams; the lower corner column assembly is connected to the tops of the ground adapter blocks; the bottom of the upper corner column assembly is connected to the top of the lower corner column assembly, and the top of the upper corner column assembly is connected to the bottoms of the junctions of the roof transverse main beams and the roof longitudinal main beams; and the ground assembly, the roof assembly, the lower corner column assembly and the upper corner column assembly form the cuboid box-type house frame. The width requirement and the height requirement can be met; organized drainage can be achieved, and the water leakage risk is reduced; flexible disassembly and assembly can be achieved, and standardized production according to components can be achieved; the cost is saved; and packaging transportation and on-site assembly can be realized.
