The invention discloses a communication base station power station based on wind-solar complementation. The communication base station power station based on wind-solar complementation comprises a foundation base, a communication tower mast, a base station machine room, a wind power generation device and a solar power generation device. The foundation base comprises a ground anchor hole, a tower mast base and a fan base; the ground anchor hole is used for fixing the foundation base to the ground; the tower mast base is used for being fixedly connected with the communication tower mast; the fan base is used for fixing the wind power generation device; the base station machine room is arranged on the foundation base and comprises a cloud control center; and the cloud control center is used for conducting power generation control over the wind power generation device and the solar power generation device and supplying power to the communication tower mast through generated electric energy. According to the communication base station power station based on wind-solar complementation provided by the invention, the complementarity of the solar energy and the wind energy in time enables a wind-solar complementary power generation system to have the best matching performance in resource, and power can be well supplied to a communication base station, so that a long-distance and small-load power supply grid does not need to be specially arranged for the communication base station.
