The invention discloses an electric hoist bridge crane. The electric hoist bridge crane comprises a cross beam, a hoisting mechanism, a bracket and a rope ladder; the hoisting mechanism is positioned on the surface of the cross beam; the bracket is connected to one side of the hoisting mechanism; the rope ladder is connected to the interior of the bracket through a winding mechanism; the winding mechanism comprises a winding shaft rotationally installed in the support, and one end of the winding shaft is connected to the end of an output shaft of a winding motor through a coupler; and one end of the rope ladder is fixedly connected to the surface of the winding shaft. According to the electric hoist bridge crane, the rope ladder is installed on the hoisting mechanism through the bracket; the end of the rope ladder is fixed to the winding shaft; when an electric hoist breaks down and shuts down, the rope ladder can be lowered through rotation of the winding motor; maintenance personnel can climb to the position of the electric hoist to conduct maintenance and inspection conveniently; the safety of the maintenance personnel is improved; space limitation is avoided; and maintenance and inspection of the electric hoist are facilitated.
