The invention provides a geopolymer cementing material prepared by replacing an alkaline activator with waste glass. The geopolymer cementing material comprises nickel slag, fly ash and waste glass. The nickel slag and the fly ash are used as raw materials, and waste glass is used for partially or completely replacing the alkaline activator to prepare a nickel slag/fly ash-based geopolymer. The invention provides a new thought for preparing the geopolymer by using the waste glass powder instead of the alkaline activator, so the problem that the cost of the alkaline activator obtained by compounding sodium hydroxide with water glass is high can be effectively solved. According to the method, the nickel slag and the fly ash can be effectively utilized to prepare the geopolymer on a large scale, so industrial solid wastes such as the nickel slag and the fly ash are effectively recycled, meanwhile, a preparation process is almost free of pollution, and the geopolymer is an environment-friendly building material; and in addition, the activity of the geopolymer is effectively improved by doping the active substance CaO.
本发明提出一种废玻璃替代碱性激发剂制备的地质聚合物胶凝材料,包括镍渣、粉煤灰和废玻璃;以所述镍渣和所述粉煤灰为原料,利用废玻璃部分替代或者全部替代碱性激发剂,制备镍渣‑粉煤灰基地质聚合物。本发明提出了提出了利用废玻璃粉替代碱性激发剂制备地质聚合物的新思路,能够有效的解决氢氧化钠复配水玻璃得到的碱性激发剂成本高的问题。本发明能够有效,有规模的利用镍渣和粉煤灰制备地质聚合物,使镍渣和粉煤灰等工业固体废弃物得到有效的资源化利用,同时制备过程几乎无污染,是一种环保建筑材料,此外,本发明掺入活性物质CaO来有效提高地质聚合物的活性。
