Tunnel lining concrete anti-corrosion admixture as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses an anti-corrosion admixture for tunnel lining concrete and a preparation method of the anti-corrosion admixture. The anti-corrosion additive is prepared from the following components: 10 to 30 percent of a waterproof component, 0 to 20 percent of a waterproof auxiliary agent, 10 to 30 percent of a calcium-fixing component, 0 to 20 percent of a calcium-fixing auxiliary agent and 30 to 70 percent of water, wherein the waterproof component is selected from any one or any mixture of more of C12-C18 higher fatty acid, methylsilanolate and methyl silicate; and the solid calcium component is selected from any one of sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium tripolyphosphate or a combination of two of sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium tripolyphosphate in any proportion. According to the admixture, the waterproof component and the calcium fixing component act on a concrete structure, a waterproof layer is generated through a chemical reaction, and permeation and transmission of moisture are hindered; meanwhile, the Ca 2+ ions are cured, and the corrosion resisting effect of tunnel lining concrete is achieved through the physical adsorption and chemical combination effect; besides, the admixture realizes the calcium ion curing effect and long-term stability of concrete in a water action environment, and effectively reduces the corrosion degree of the concrete.
本发明公开了一种隧道衬砌混凝土抗溶蚀外加剂及其制备方法。本发明所述抗溶蚀外加剂由以下各组分组成:10‑30%防水组分、0‑20%防水助剂、10‑30%固钙组分、0‑20%固钙助剂及30‑70%水;所述防水组分选自C12~C18的高级脂肪酸、甲基硅醇盐、甲基硅酸盐中的任意一种或几种任意混合;所述固钙组分选自六偏磷酸钠及三聚磷酸钠中的任意一种或两种的任意比例的组合。本发明所述外加剂采用防水组分和固钙组分作用于混凝土结构,通过化学反应生成防水层,阻碍水分的渗透和传输,同时固化Ca2+离子,通过上述物理吸附及化学结合作用,实现隧道衬砌混凝土抗溶蚀作用;所述外加剂实现水作用环境中混凝土的钙离子固化效果与长期稳定性,有效降低混凝土溶蚀程度。
