The invention provides a preparation method of polyurethane concrete and a method for quickly repairing an airport pavement by using the polyurethane concrete. The polyurethane concrete for rapidly repairing the airfield pavement is formed by combining a polyurethane cementing material and mineral aggregate, the polyurethane cementing material is composed of polyether polyol, isocyanate and an auxiliary agent, a normal-temperature mixing mode is adopted as a production mode, and the polyurethane concrete is directly repaired at the broken position of the airfield pavement after production is completed. The polyurethane concrete prepared by the method disclosed by the invention is excellent in performance and has obvious advantages in the aspects of strength, wear resistance, durability, compound performance and the like, and the performance of an airport pavement is improved; the bonding performance of the polyurethane concrete and the airport cement concrete pavement is excellent, so that the service life of the pavement can be effectively prolonged, and the later maintenance cost is reduced; the curing time of the polyurethane concrete is short, the airport pavement can be repaired in a very short time, and the traffic can be opened, so that the airport stop loss is reduced; and the polyurethane concrete has good economic and social benefits.
本发明提出一种聚氨酯混凝土制备方法及其用于机场道面快速修补方法。用于机场道面快速修补的聚氨酯混凝土由聚氨酯胶结料与矿料结合而成,聚氨酯胶结料由聚醚多元醇、异氰酸酯和助剂组成,生产方式采用常温拌和方式,生产完成直接修补于机场道面破碎处。本发明中的方法制备的聚氨酯混凝土性能优异,强度、耐磨性、耐久性以及复合性能等方面具有明显的优势,提高机场道面性能;聚氨酯混凝土与机场水泥混凝土道面的粘结性能极佳,可有效延长道面使用寿命,减少后期养护维修费用;聚氨酯混凝土固化时间短,能在很短时间内修复好机场道面并开放交通,减少停航损失,具有良好的经济和社会效益。
