The light foam concrete is prepared from composite concrete and a foaming agent, and the preparation process also comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing the composite concrete: firstly adding water into a stirrer of a hydraulic foaming machine, and then adding cement, fly ash, gypsum, a water reducing agent and a concrete reinforcing agent. In the step of preparing the composite concrete, the cement and the fly ash are mixed according to the proportion, then the gypsum, the water reducing agent and the concrete reinforcing agent are added, the strength is improved during preparation of the composite concrete by utilizing the strength of materials, and a proper amount of water is added in a matched mode to adjust the dilution degree, so that the situation that the strength of the composite concrete is reduced due to excessive water is avoided, the problems that a large number of bubbles are introduced in the manufacturing process of the light foam concrete, the water absorption rate of a base body is easily increased, and the later strength is easily reduced are solved, the strength of the light foam concrete is easily increased, the number of the bubbles is reduced, and the light foam concrete is convenient to use.
