Bridge deck deicing temperature control system and method
The invention discloses a bridge deck deicing temperature control system and method, and belongs to the technical field of bridges. The system comprises a bridge deck reinforcing bar, a conveying pipeline, a temperature-stress sensor and an intelligent temperature controller. The bridge deck reinforcing bar is fixedly installed in the bridge deck slab, and the bridge deck reinforcing bar is connected with temperature control pipelines. An outlet and an inlet of the temperature control pipeline are respectively connected with the conveying pipeline to form an integral loop; an air source heat pump unit and a water tank are connected to the conveying pipeline; and a water pump is arranged in the water tank. According to the system, the bridge floor temperature is obtained through the temperature-stress sensor, the intelligent temperature controller enables the air source heat pump unit to cool or heat water in the water tank according to the bridge floor temperature, and the cooled or heated water is conveyed to the temperature control pipeline to cool or heat the bridge floor so that the temperature of the bridge floor is kept within a normal range; and excessive expansion of concrete caused by over-high temperature of the bridge floor or traffic accidents caused by icing caused by over-low temperature of the bridge floor are prevented.
本发明公开了一种桥面除冰温控系统及方法,属于桥梁技术领域。该系统包括:桥面板配筋、输送管道、温度‑应力传感器和智能温控仪;桥面板配筋固定安装在桥面板内,桥面板配筋上连接有温度控制管道;温度控制管道的出口和进口分别与输送管道连接,形成整体回路;输送管道上连接有空气源热泵机组和水箱;水箱内设置有水泵。本发明中,通过温度‑应力传感器获取桥面温度,智能温控仪根据桥面温度控制空气源热泵机组将水箱内的水降温或加热,将降温或加热的水输送至温度控制管道对桥面进行降温或升温,使得桥面的温度保持在正常范围内,防止桥面温度过高导致混凝土过度膨胀,或者防止桥面温度过底导致结冰而引发的交通事故。
