Foundation pit excavation graded precipitation device and method
The invention discloses a foundation pit excavation graded precipitation device and method, and relates to the field of drainage of foundation pit excavation. The problems that automatic graded precipitation cannot be realized, the efficiency is low and the safety around a foundation pit is influenced in the prior art are solved. According to the key point of the technical scheme, the foundation pit excavation graded precipitation device comprises a precipitation well, a water pumping device, a water level monitoring device and a control device; the control device is electrically connected with the water level monitoring device and the water pumping device; and a water inlet of the pumping device is located below the liquid level of the precipitation well. The foundation pit excavation graded precipitation method comprises the following steps that according to the requirement of graded excavation, a needed liquid level value is calculated; an initial liquid level value is measured; a highest liquid level value and a lowest liquid level value are set; when the liquid level value is greater than or equal to the highest liquid level value, the water pumping device is started; and when the liquid level value is smaller than or equal to the lowest liquid level value, the water pumping device is closed. Excessive settlement caused by sudden drop of the underground water level around the foundation pit is effectively reduced, and safety of buildings around the foundation pit is guaranteed.
