The invention provides a reverse-construction-method basement construction method. The reverse-construction-method basement construction method comprises the following steps that a vertical supporting system is constructed, an underground diaphragm wall is constructed, joint bars are reserved at the elevation positions, corresponding to structural beam plates of all layers, of the underground diaphragm wall, connectors are reserved at the positions, corresponding to bottom plates, of the underground diaphragm wall, joints and internal corners of the underground diaphragm wall are reinforced and waterproof, and vertical supporting columns are constructed; a first layer is excavated, a ring beam and a structural beam plate of a top layer are constructed, and the joint bars are bent and anchored into the structural beam plate of the top layer; a secondary layer is excavated, a structural beam plate of the secondary layer is constructed, and the joint bars are bent and anchored into the structural beam plate of the secondary layer; a vertical structure is constructed between the structural beam plate of the top layer and the structural beam plate of the secondary layer; secondary backbuilding of the vertical structure is conducted; the construction of each layer of structural beam plate is repeated until the construction of the bottom plate is completed; a mold is maintained and removed, and a structural beam plate hole is repaired; and a drainage system is constructed. Outer wall waterproof painting is not needed, and the construction procedure is simplified; and the stress of a vertical component at the joint is effectively and reliably transmitted through secondary backbuilding, and the bearing performance is guaranteed.
