The invention discloses a roof slope finding structure and a construction process thereof. The roof slope finding structure comprises a structural layer made of reinforced concrete; a leveling layer is arranged above the structural layer; a thermal insulation layer is arranged above a waterproof layer; a slope finding layer is arranged above the thermal insulation layer and is made of a slope finding material, and the slope finding material is a plate-shaped heat preservation material such as a polystyrene foam plate or an extruded polystyrene plate; an isolation layer is arranged above the slope finding layer, a cushion layer is arranged above the isolation layer, the cushion layer is made of fine aggregate concrete, and a reinforcing mesh is additionally arranged in the cushion layer; and a protective layer is arranged above the cushion layer. The construction of the roof slope finding structure is carried out by adopting the polystyrene foam board or the extruded polystyrene board and other blocky heat preservation boards as the slope finding materials, and the roof slope finding structure has the advantages of being small in self weight, high in hydrophobicity, simple in structure, easy to install and low in cost.
