The invention relates to a mounting method of a prefabricated cantilever gutter. The gutter comprises an L-shaped gutter body which is divided into a horizontal bottom plate and a vertical side plate, the gutter body is formed in a prefabricated mode, a steel bar truss is embedded in the horizontal bottom plate, one part of the steel bar truss is embedded in the horizontal bottom plate, the other part of the steel bar truss is exposed to the upper part of the horizontal bottom plate, and a reserved sleeve penetrating through the vertical side plate is arranged on the vertical side plate. When the gutter is mounted, a supporting plate is fixed to a lower flange and a web of an H-shaped steel beam, the free end of a horizontal bottom plate of the gutter is placed on the supporting plate, an L-shaped clamping piece with a mounting hole is hooked to the upper flange of the steel beam in an abutting mode, an anchor rod penetrates through a reserved sleeve of the vertical side plate of the gutter and the mounting hole in the clamping piece to be locked and fixed, and concrete is poured on the upper part of the gutter horizontal bottom plate, and then the anchor rod and the clamping piece are dismantled. The prefabricated gutter is adopted, no formwork needs to be erected, no scaffold needs to be erected, and the prefabricated cantilever gutter is simple in structure and quite convenient and rapid to mount.
