The invention discloses a method for optimizing emulsified asphalt in a micro-surfacing mixture doped with a reclaimed material. The method comprises the following steps: 1, sieving the reclaimed asphalt mixture and collecting RAP particles; 2, selecting the RAP particles as aggregate to be placed in emulsified asphalt in a steel mold, and obtaining a cured test piece through curing and cooling; 3, overturning the cured test piece, hammering, calculating the residual rate of the aggregate, and evaluating the cohesiveness of the emulsified asphalt and the aggregate; and 4, selecting different types of emulsified asphalt, sequentially repeating the processes of aggregate placement, emulsified asphalt pouring, curing, cooling, overturning and hammering, calculating to obtain the aggregate residual rate of different types of emulsified asphalt, evaluating the cohesiveness, and selecting the emulsified asphalt with the optimal cohesiveness with the aggregate for preparing the micro-surfacing mixture doped with the reclaimed material. According to the method, the cohesiveness of different emulsified asphalt and the aggregate is evaluated by investigating the residual rate of the aggregate, so that the emulsified asphalt is preferably selected, the emulsified asphalt is preferably selected quickly and efficiently, and the problem that the emulsified asphalt is difficult to select at present is solved.
本发明公开了一种掺加再生料微表处混合料中乳化沥青的优选方法,该方法包括:一、将再生沥青混合料过筛收集RAP粒;二、选取RAP粒作为集料放置在钢模中的乳化沥青中,经养生和冷却得到养生试件;三、将养生试件翻转后锤击,计算集料残留率并评价乳化沥青与集料的黏结性;四、选用不同乳化沥青,依次重复集料放置、乳化沥青浇灌、养生、冷却、翻转、锤击工艺,计算得到不同乳化沥青的集料残留率并评价黏结性,选择与集料黏结性最优的乳化沥青用于配制掺加再生料微表处混合料。本发明通过考察集料残留率来评价不同乳化沥青与集料的黏结性,进而优选乳化沥青,快速、高效地优选得到乳化沥青,解决目前的乳化沥青选择困难的问题。
