The invention discloses a water supply appliance water outlet control system and a water supply appliance, and the control system comprises a capacitance touch magnetic control knob which is placed above a nonmetal material panel and is used for triggering a capacitance touch control signal and triggering a knob rotation control signal; and a control assembly which is arranged below the nonmetal material panel, is connected with the capacitance touch magnetic control knob through magnet adsorption, and is used for generating a corresponding control instruction after receiving the capacitance touch control signal and the knob rotation control signal. The capacitive touch magnetic control knob and the control assembly do not need any wired or mechanical connection, capacitive touch control and magnetic rotation control can be achieved, and finally control over the water outlet mode, the water outlet temperature, the water outlet flow/pressure and the like of the water supply appliance is achieved; and the capacitive touch magnetic control knob is simple in structure, does not need to use a circuit board and a battery, so that the power supply problem does not exist, and the cost is relatively low.
