The supporting frame is welded to the upper middle portion of the fixed bottom plate. The publicity board is installed in the middle of the front side of the supporting frame through bolts. The driving motor is mounted on the front side of the supporting frame through a bolt, so that the driving motor can be conveniently utilized to drive the driven gear through the driving gear to enable the fixed bearing to rotate on the outer side of the supporting frame during use, and the irradiation position of the camera can be flexibly adjusted during use.
