The dust cleaning device comprises an air inlet pipe, a rotating joint, a transition air pipe, a spray rod, a plurality of nozzle mechanisms, a bearing seat assembly, a rotating shaft and a connecting rod. The filter comprises a filter element. According to the dust cleaning device of the filter, the dust cleaning device is externally connected with high-pressure gas, non-contact back-flushing dust cleaning is carried out on the filter element by high-pressure gas jet flow, and the service life of the filter element can be effectively prolonged; due to the counter-acting force of the high-pressure gas jet flow, a spraying rod automatically rotates around the rotating center, and the rotating speed of the spraying rod can be adjusted by changing the spraying angle; the surface of the filter element can be subjected to multi-time back-blowing dust cleaning through rotation of the spraying rod, so that multi-time back-blowing dust cleaning in all directions without dead angles is realized, and a deep cleaning effect is achieved; and the device is simple and reliable in structure, low in cost, convenient to operate, time-saving, labor-saving and high in working efficiency.
