Extruding and slitting ceramic face brick production method and ceramic face brick reverse wall building construction method
The invention relates to an extruding and slitting ceramic face brick production method and a ceramic face brick reverse wall building construction method. The ceramic face brick production method comprises the steps that a combined extrusion brick is formed after extrusion forming is conducted through a forming die, the combined extrusion brick is formed by connecting a plurality of ceramic face brick units, cutting notches are formed in the positions, between the adjacent ceramic face brick units, of the outer decoration face of the combined extrusion brick, a punching notch is formed in the lower portion of each cutting notch, through groove opening type forming notches are symmetrically formed in one set of opposite side end faces of the combined extrusion brick, and positioning holes are formed in the other set of opposite side end faces of the combined extrusion brick and located in the side end faces of all the ceramic face brick units; and a plurality of cutting blades are arranged on a set of cutting knives at equal intervals, each cutting blade corresponds to the corresponding cutting notch of the combined extrusion brick, the cutting blades cut the combined extrusion brick from the cutting notches, the connected ceramic face brick units are separated to form single ceramic face bricks, and the shape of the punching notches after cutting is consistent with that of the forming notches.
本发明涉及挤压分切陶面砖生产方法及陶面砖反打墙施工方法,陶面砖生产方法为:通过成型模具挤压成型后形成组合挤出砖,组合挤出砖由多个陶面砖单元连接而成,组合挤出砖的外装饰面上位于相邻陶面砖单元之间设有切割槽口,每个切割槽口下部设有冲切槽口,组合挤出砖的一组相对的侧端面上对称形成通槽敞口型的成型槽口,组合挤出砖的另外一组相对的侧端面上且位于每个陶面砖单元的侧端面均开设定位孔;成组切割刀上等间距设有多个切割刀片,每个切割刀片对应于组合挤出砖的切割槽口,切割刀片从切割槽口处对组合挤出砖进行切割,令相连的陶面砖单元分离形成单个陶面砖,切割后的冲切槽口形状与成型槽口形状一致。
