According to the invention, the water in the tank body or the water storage tank can be sucked out through the water pump, and the water is sprayed out through the pipeline and the conical block; the water flow can be sprayed out in a diffusion mode through the conical block, the sprayed water flow can be disinfected through ultraviolet rays at the moment, the contact area of the water and the ultraviolet rays can be increased through diffusion type spraying, and therefore the sterilization efficiency and the sterilization effect are improved.
